Boeing’s renovated Renton paint hangar was featured in the Seattle Times on July 13, 2011. FSi was the mechanical engineer for the upgraded hangar. We designed a state of the art ventilation system to increase capture of paint overspray, improve airflow at the airplane fuselage for painting, and to reduce the paint cure time with the implementation of a re-circulating cure cycle.
