As the prime consultant, FSi provided project management and mechanical engineering services supporting 100,000 square feet of tenant improvements in four separate buildings.

FSi designed the HVAC upgrade, which included single package air conditioning unit replacements for nine 25 to 30 ton air conditioning units that needed to be replaced. FSi’s work also included establishing upgrades to the heating system and the design for revisions to the chilled water fan coil system at four separate locations throughout campus.
