Frances Anderson Center

FSi provided mechanical engineering for replacement of corroded piping.

The Frances Anderson Center is a community recreation and arts facility utilized by many different groups in the City of Edmonds. The water piping for the facility was no longer providing sufficient water flow. FSi verified that the existing piping was corroded, developed plans, and designed a replacement system. The building remained occupied during the construction phase. FSi managed the careful coordination of asbestos abatement, wall patching and painting with the owner.
