Frances Anderson Center

The water piping was no longer providing sufficient water flow.

The Frances Anderson Center is a community recreation and arts facility utilized by many different groups in the City of Edmonds. FSi verified that the existing piping was corroded, developed plans, and designed a replacement system. The building remained occupied during the construction phase. FSi managed the careful coordination of asbestos abatement, wall patching and painting with the owner.
