FSi provided mechanical design for this new 10,000 sf office building, 5,000 sf maintenance shop, and 5,000 sf of vehicle storage.

FSi designed HVAC and plumbing systems for the office, gas fired heat and vent units and specialty exhaust for the shop. The project included two computer rooms, both with redundant HVAC and FM 200 fire protection.
