FSi is the mechanical consultant on this new addition to the existing facility. The addition consists of a 60,000 sf “tipping floor” and 8,000 sf administrative office. The project is projected to achieve a LEED Silver rating. The mechanical design includes a hydraulic driven compactor, a misting system and dust collection system for dust control, rainwater collection for process water use, and HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
