Operation and Maintenance Building Renovation at East and South Bus Bases

FSi was a sub consultant for this project which involved the renovation of the operations building at both the East and South Base sites.

FSi was a sub consultant for this project which involved the renovation of the operations building at both the East and South Base sites. The project also included upgrades in the office area of the maintenance buildings at each site. Critical to the design process was the work around plan to accommodate partial operation of the building during the entire, twelve-month construction period. The HVAC system was modified on an interim basis to serve the temporary dispatch during construction.
