Bothell Immunex Quality Control Lab

FSi provided the engineering services for the renovation of the Quality Control Lab for the Microbial Facility at the Immunex Bothell Campus.

The project renovated two floors of offices into additional laboratory space. To minimize costs, downtime to existing facilities, and environmental impact, FSi’s design reused much of the two existing air handling systems. A new 20,000 cfm air handler provides 100% tempered outside air. FSi’s design eliminated the need to remove and dispose of the coils and filter sections in the existing units.
