FSi is providing the heating, ventilation, plumbing and fire protection engineering on this new 600 student, 50,000 SF, elementary school to serve the growing population in Ferndale, WA. The mechanical systems will incorporate a high-efficient natural gas boiler estimated to achieve 97% thermal efficiency. FSi’s design work will take the design from DD to Permit in less than 3-1/2 months.
