Olympia City Hall

FSi provided HVAC and plumbing design, coordination, and construction support for the new $35M, four-story, 88,000 s.f. Olympia City Hall.

The new City Hall includes Executive offices and Council chambers, police headquarters, city offices, and spaces for supporting services.

The received LEED Gold certification, exceeding the original RFP requirement of LEED Silver. FSi’s design maximizes energy savings solutions within the limited construction budget. Our design exceeds building energy performance of 40% better than ASHRAE 90.1. FSi contributed to coordinating the many functional, energy, acoustic, and sustainable design criteria.

The project delivery was design/build, with an aggressive schedule.
